Let me give an overview of the task that I would need to have preformed. Lets first start out with a brief description of why I need this task done : So we are an online remarketer of salvage vehicles from insurance companies. Now this business that we are in allows people to purchase through us vehicles at a very very low cost. Now we are not the only ones that are remarketing these vehicles but we are surely one of the biggest platforms that are out there. We actually sell hundreds of cars every month. Now you can imagine that these cars that are being sold aren’t always a smooth process , what I mean is that sometimes it can happen that between the moment that the client actually purchases a vehicle from us and the moment that the client actually paid for a vehicle, it can happen that between that time there is another broker that is interested in the same vehicle and he offers to pay for example 1000 dollars more to the insurance company and pay immediately…so that implies that in 99 percent of the cases the insurance company will take the deal that is offered from that other broker…that implies that then we will not be able to deliver the car to the client. Therefore it states in our terms and agreements/conditions that in the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver the vehicle then the client must choose a replacement vehicle for the same amount. Listen if a client for example purchased a Toyota camry and we didn’t get it then he can go online immediately and make an offer on another one because we have thousands of cars on there and the inventory changes on daily basis. Now despite the fact that clients are aware (or should be when the read the terms) you will always have once in a while a client that doesn’t want to understand and that goes like entirely ballistic and starts using the power of the internet to start posting bad blogs etc in order to try and pressure us. Now as I told you this only is a small fraction of our clients where that happens to but at the end of the day people when they are googling your name/company name they will read these blogs and it will scare them away….it doesn’t matter that you have successfully delivered 297 cars this month, it matters what these 3 people write that didn’t get their cars and that don’t want to chose a replacement vehicle. Listing its pretty obvious if we were to be a scam organization then we would have our licenses to purchase insurance vehicles in all 50 states, but anyhow, people are narrow minded. So , here comes the job description, I need to get rid off these bad blogs… or at least burry them on the last pages of google but not that anything appears anymore on the first pages.
