Spanish (South America) Targeted Instagram Influencer

I have a product that I would like to promote with swipe-up post using Instagram influencers targeting South America (Spanish speaking countries)

If you don't, I want you to;

- Find REAL, Engaged (Socialblade scores etc), Highly Targeted, right Audience (South America targeted, 18-35) Instagram Influencers that willing to do shoutouts (Swipe up)

- Negotiate with them for a decent price, posting time, swipe up time and links.
