Thank you in advance for your response, I appreciate that. I am looking for someone just to make calls for me to prospect clients. I contact businesses in the area or not in the area that might need marketing services. I have a digital marketing agency like i mentioned and we offer a variety of different services.
Details of your job Include:
Searching & Calling businesses online , preferably in these industries (doctors offices, catering halls, Gyms, dentist offices, plastic surgeons, car dealerships) .
You will call and say hello my name is______ i am a support partner of Digtelligence and we are marketing agency focused on growing brands online. Is the person that can make the decisions in regards to this aspect available?(Owner, Marketing manager, person that can sign check )
Responses you may get back are: (what you do)
1. He/she is not available right now , Can you call back ? (say yes and get the name of the person you spoke with and best call back day and time, then You will log this in excel )
2. Can you email us with more information? (Say yes, get person name that you spoke on phone with and name of person that you are going to email & the email you will send email to. Then Log into excel that i have made and send email and follow up a few days later)
3. They might just ask for information to check out theirselves (give them our email info@[login to view URL] and give them website [login to view URL] and phone number on website)
4. If the owner/ person in charge answers phone (schedule a day and time they can speak for 15 minutes , where the specialist can understand their needs and help the propose the best solution that we can help them with with their marketing needs. After you Schedule the meeting , ask them if they would like a follow up call the day of, to confirm meeting.
Conclusion: That is the support work i need in regards to calling prospect clients, but i will also possibly need help regarding customer service for existing clients. My questions for you are, Do you have a team with you or are you just by yourself?
I am really looking for someone i can work with long time & to let you know upfront , their are other VA's that i am in contact with to make sure that i am getting the most reasonable price and value service. Thank you so much for your help!
