Our growing marketplace is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Apart from this, this person has to be a customer advocate: Customers ask for what they should buy, and this individual has to be able to understand our products and services and match them up with the right options. Responsibilities: - Offer customer support through a chat based interface - Answer queries and offer suggestions to customers on items they can buy - Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer - Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customer - Manage refund and processes for customers Requirements: - EXCELLENT written and spoken English (US) - Quick learner with ability to comprehend different cultures and foods from various parts of the world - Work in two shifts: Late night and early morning Pacific Standard Time, including holidays and weekends

Dear Sir/Madam: I'm very interested to apply as Virtual Assistant for Exceptional Customer Care and Advocacy. Customer service must be given a great importance towards the customers for every business to be successful. I've been working as a Virtual Assistant for various employers online to serve their customers effectively. One thing that is very unique in serving customers is that you have to understand their needs and wants in order to meet their demands effectively instead of pushing them something that does not cater to their requirements. An alternative solution must also be given that will at least meet some of their requirements and then let the customers make the final decision. Pushing the customers to the extreme just to sell the products or service will definitely turned them off because they'll have negative thoughts on that pushy act by the Customer Service. I earned Accounting and Master's in Business degrees and have experienced working in the business field (in real world and online). As times have change, the business must also adapt to the changing demands to stay profitable and will succeed in the long term. And so are the employees, they must also adapt to the changing needs of the customers to be able to effectively serve them well to retain current customers and attract prospective customers.
