Job Description I am a skincare and wellness specialist and entrepreneur and a Partner in a City Firm. I am looking for a passionate executive assistant/personal assistant to work alongside me where no two days will be the same. The role is fast paced and demanding, covering a wide range of activities from administrative support and social media to event management. The support is required for my online business. This will be an ongoing partnership via a virtual platform. Are you looking to work for someone from whom you can learn on the job about all aspects of running a skincare/wellness and legal business and want to be a fundamental part of the development and expansion of the business that I have created? Do you want to feel supported and valued while being trusted to act independently and given the space to make this role your own? Core Skills Required: Passion to learn Keen attention to detail Excellent listening skills and Following instructions to the letter Ability to mutli-task and deal with deadlines Strong understanding of customer service and support Exceptional word and excel software skills Excellent written British English skills Experience with Shopify e commerce platform or a willingness to learn Mailchimp creation and curation of monthly newsletters Bonus Skills Graphic Design skills and experience Experience in the Health/Medical arena Experience in writing for online and print media Remuneration $300 dollars a month. Bonus is payable for excellent performance. Please be aware that initial candidates will be asked to complete a sample task to verify skill/ability.
