I’m looking to hire someone who can place links for a Web Hosting site on pages that have PageRank of 3+ on pages that actually have PR3+, not just the homepage. So to be clear, the page my links are to be placed on must have PR3+. No exceptions.
My maximum budget for this project is $75. So please let me know how many PR3+ links you can provide and include the actual URL’s you will place my links on in a document with clickable URL’s and upload it through the chat window by clicking “Discuss Project” button. I need to review all domains prior to project commencement.
No links submitted that have to wait for approval over some indefinable period will be counted in the link count.
I do NOT want links on the following pages:

- No subdomains

- violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites, links from "bad neighborhood" sites
- rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text
- No [login to view URL] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites
Links should be mostly related to my website - "Web Hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Semi Dedicated Servers and Dedicated Servers, Shared Hosting, Domain Name Registration".
GUIDELINES:
- Absolutely no black hat or Grey hat tactics
- No automated link submission
- Links must be strictly from: Google PR3+ pages
- Back link pages must relate to our site topic
- URLs must be live as soon as you create them
- Links must be from English language websites only
- Links must be permanent and static HTML
- No more than 20 other external links on same page where the link occurs
- Each link must be on separate domain
- All links must be in text, no graphics
- Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow
- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active
- Only these domains .com/.[login to view URL] / [login to view URL] /.gov/.edu/.org/ .net/.us
- Prefer high ranking Alexa sites – no sites with Alexa Rank over 250 000
Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider at no additional cost.
You agree to replace any links, which are removed within 6 months after placement.
You will need to provide an Excel spreadsheet report with the following information for each link:
1. Exact URL (clickable hyperlink) of page where link is located
2. Google PR of the page where link is located
3. Anchor Text used for the link
4. IP of link page
5. Site Name
6. Date link was placed
7. Target URL of the link
