The issues are as follows: The main issue: Approximately one year ago a very negative video, targeted at our business was uploaded to YouTube. This video consistently outranks us on YouTube search and more importantly on Google Search. The video shows either as a standalone [login to view URL] result or as the first of three in a videos carousel in Google Search, usually in the top 1-5 Google SERP results. We made a big push, re-tagging and optimizing a lot of our videos to compete with this video and while we suppressed it in YouTube rankings for a short while, the bad video rose close to the top of YouTube search again quickly. The efforts we made had no effect on the positioning in Google. The secondary issues: Approximately three weeks ago, another account uploaded a hate video. It is not ranking as strongly as the second, older video. We believe that by addressing the main issue of the older video, this one will automatically be dealt with. Currently we have over 140 videos on YouTube and many of them have far more engagements and views than the offending videos. I think there are two approaches to the video problem. Option 1: Suppress the videos effectively by promoting our own videos so that the video results that appear on the YouTube and Google SERPs are our own videos. Option 2: Try to push the video results off the first page altogether. My feeling is that the second option would require a lot more work since we would need to rank 10-15 results above the current position ~3. If there are other approaches that I have not seen I am open to hearing them. The people who made the second video also created an attack website. The website appears around result 9-12 on the Google SERP. This result needs to be pushed below page 2 also. It is possible that the website could be de-indexed rather than outcompeted. We need these results: Both videos and the website need to be pushed below page two of google for four very similar, low competition keyword combinations. Hi, The things that would get the desired result would be a combination of Option A and B that you mentiond alongwith targeting other web properties for those keywords. The keywords might be low competitive but this pushing down the first page(we can't promise pushing down from Page 2 to 3 though) requires a Lot of effort and time as its not just Seo that you Rank a property for a low competition kw(you already know that as you have tried that) but need to Rank several properties above them and this property must be having a very high CTR as such negative reviews have many clicks out of curiosity. Pls tell me the Kws and the bad video/website urls. I myself have mastered the art of Ranking Videos, Just search for 'best internet marketing video' from any part of the world and you will find me in top. Thanks Deepak
