digital survey leading to Google review

-          Guests would enter their email to start survey (this would allow us to identify the guest) -          They would be asked a question – Something along the lines of ‘How satisfied are you with the service provided today’ (we are still yet to finalise exact question or how many questions, we are hoping to keep it simple to engage our guest) -          We would like an emoji style system to vote (Green Face =Happy, Red=unhappy and possibly some in between) -          Green Face (or essentially the top 2) would link  guest to Google review so they can review our company (we were hoping for Facebook however I believe the guest would then need to login as themselves) -          Red face (or essentially bottom 2) would open up a page to write concerns as to why they are not satisfied, this would then be sent as an email to designated email address to create an alert for myself to contact before they receive the survey from Manufacturer   -          We are looking to start with this in the Service and Parts department however are open to possibly having them in all showrooms around the dealership in the future.   -          We are hoping to be able to have a review sent monthly to show the data captured.   -          Would there be ongoing support available if we did purchase?
