GTP-3 App Developer Required

Hi. We are looking for quotes to build a prototype mobile app based on the specifications below. Further details can be provided upon request. The app will be developed using OpenAI and GTP-3 as we know some parts of the functionality listed below has been successfully developed in the GTP-3 playground. The app has 4 main parts: Part 1 is the automatic generation of multiple choice questions and answers from a text source. Part 2 the AI will alter questions based upon user interaction. Part 3 will enable the AI to bring the user more information about a question from the web. Part 4 an algorithm will determine individual placement of each Q and A in a question set. The styling of the app is unimportant at this phase, we are just looking for functionality and proof of concept.
