iOS programmer for wake up Alarm function (SWIFT required)

Hello,
I'm looking for an iOS programmer solver (Swift). We are developing an app, where is included an Alarm for wake up.
Problem is, that the current ringtone is played by local push notification and the sound play for max 30s. So we added 3 push notifications in row, but I don't like this solution.
Check on the app called Sleep Cycle. Their Alarm is amazing and it plays sound through the app (not by push notification).
I want to create just this feature! We will implement it into the app. Basically, you just set random time, lock screen & it will start ringing from an app (player inside the app) in looped version until the user turns it off on a special screen.

It's all about the last screen. But you don't need to design it in XCode! I need just background function :)).
Please, test it on a physical device, because we had one solution that worked perfectly in a simulator, but not on the real device.
