Make a iPhone App

I need someone to create an iOS app for my business. In the app you can complete orders or tasks and get points for them. If you have enough points, you can withdraw them to a Paypal account. The design should be simple and user-friendly. One page should show the orders, a second page should show the orders from AdGem (see picture in the appendix, [login to view URL]), the third page should show the account balance and on the 4th page you should pay the points. When you have completed tasks, the points are credited to the user. The history of the credited points should be visible for the user and also the total number of points received so far. So each user needs his own ID, so that he doesn't get the points from another user (database with player ID). This can be done with a login or if possible without a login. It is important that you only get the points credited when you have actually completed the task and not when you click on the link where you can complete the task. The tasks of AdGem are automatically controlled by AdGem, the other tasks I would control myself. So I should be able to edit the account balance if a user didn't complete the task. Each task can only be executed 1x by one user, so that one user cannot hack and one task can be executed 100x. I should be able to add and delete tasks that are not from AdGem. Every task done by a user should be saved to a database so that you can control it. The text can be in English and I'll make the translation to German.
