177373 stand-alone GUI-based Sudoku

I need a stand-alone GUI-based Sudoku puzzle making using either Python with Tkinter or Java with Swing.

If makes the a little cheaper the script does NOT need to generate games and it can use a set of pre-created puzzles and solutions.

I need all source files etc ready to compile in Blue J, Python Shell etc etc. I could do with this completed within a week
