CARD READER/WRITE POS APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Web Back – End - Create Services and Price - View Transaction - Search Transaction with Unique Transaction Number (Verification Agent -Role) - User Management with Role Permission Sale Point – Desktop Application - Records all transactions to the Back-end DB with a Unique Sales Agent ID - Payment Gateway integration - Sales by Updating Card (Transaction will add the payment amount to Agent Card via Card Reader. Field Agent - App - Uses a POS Card Read/Write App that subtracts amount paid by clients from the card, updates the Card, Print Receipt with a unique transaction number. - App sync transaction with Back-end DB when there is available network otherwise record transaction until the network is available for syncing (i.e App is capable of working offline/online) - Services and prices will be preloaded from the back-end DB, but still available on the POS if the network is not available
