Hello there, lots of experience with image processing and standalone Java apps. There are a couple of free OCR libraries that could be tested to see the best results. What do you mean "provide the value from specific location"? Do you mean you wan't a library that can recognize characters in a certain part of the image or do you mean you want to copy as select area of the image?
