TS3 Music Bot

I am looking for a freelancer to build me a TeamSpeak 3 music bot than can run on my debian root. The TS3 Music bot should be streaming the sounds into Teamspeak3 as a "user" with a name there i can change in a config file and operate with chat commands via whisper or channel chat. The bot should radio (inetradio. pls files) Youtube videos (sound only) and can play mp3. When the Bot playlist is empty play default radio again. e.g !playlist -> shows a list of all radio/YT Videos/Mp3s in right play ordner. !clearplaylist -> admin only !next -> play next track on playlist !default radio -> change default radio (or via an config file) !medialist -> shows a list of all media files (.pls .mp3) that aviable for the application(some folder) !play <filename> -> to play a MP3 or .pls file !stop -> stop all playing sounds !url http://youtubelink -> to add a YT to the playlist and play them !killurl -> clean all logged YTlinks (or it do it automaticly) !download http://dirctlinktofile -> to load an new mp3 or .pls file !volume + -> increase the bot volume !volume - -> decrease the bot volume
