Play Framework with Java and AngularJS Web App

Need to develop a Play framework web app with Java, AngularJS and MySQL - should be cloud ready Need only 1 or 2 full stack developers with proficiency in Play framework with Java 8, AngularJS, MySql. Should have min 2+ years of experience in this technology stack. Shall prefer certified in these technologies but not necessary if you can showcase your experience in these. Partial codebase is ready on which work needs to be resumed. The codebase was a quick prototype with some features built in and needs to be resumed from it. Existing UI was developed in Scala Templates which needs to be migrated to AngularJS and continue building newer UI in AngularJS solely. Should be skilled to develop attractive frontend/styling/effects with CSS/JS/HTML5/AngularJS. Should be proficient with use of Java 8 features like lambdas and streams. Should know how to deploy Play framework app instances to AT LEAST one cloud platform such as Pivotal WS (Cloud Foundry), Heroku, Google Cloud, AWS / EC2. To get the project awarded we'll need a small sample assignment to be done in Play/AngularJS/MySQL or you should be able to showcase (with codebase sample and sufficient proofs) any of the projects you developed with this tech stack. Please do not apply if you don't have minimum 2+ years experience in Play framework, AngularJS and Java 8.
