In one of my past projects I developed the ui of a windows application for pharmacist and developing an album is much easier than that . Here is how i will do it : First i am reading the requirements of the application Second i am checking the mockups you have Then I analyze them to make sure does the mockup meet the requirement After that i am developing the application using swing ( or java fx as you wish) Finally i test it to make sure if it is correct and reliable and easy to install If you want photos of my pharmacy project i can send.
