Full screen website intro animation (not flash)

I need a website intro animation to load up in full screen. There will be a solid colour background, that fades into a full screen image. A logo will then fade up in the middle, and various icons / images will fly in and float around the logo. These can be provided. After all icons have loaded these will pulse gently (possibly change fading to different colour icons - these can also be provided). After the icons have loaded, some some handwriting style text will show at the end as though it is being written on the screen (similar to [login to view URL]). The animation will last approximately 20 seconds in total. At any point if a user clicks on the screen they will be taken through to the website home-page. If they don't click then they will be taken through to the home-page anyway. Ideally we would like this built without the use of Flash, and we would like to be able to customise the icons / text if required. We have decent knowledge of editing javascript etc so shouldn't be an issue. We will however need some assistance to ensure this works with the website we have already created (noconflict etc).
