My grandfather and I are looking to start an online ministry catering to troubled teens as well as adults. I was thinking it could be set up sort of like a social networking site, but it is mainly Christian/Pentecostal and will be cleann, fun, and inspiratrional. We have a tight budget but we are willing to pay as much as we can if it means getting the best job done. We are starting this project in January and we are very excited. We want to convey a message within easy reach to those in need. The winner of this project with have to:
1.) set up and graphically design the enite website, with influence from myself and my grandfather.
2.) maintain upkeep and updates on the website.
3.) edit and manage the entire layout/design and coding of the website.
My grandfather will be paying for this project and we expect the best possible work for our money. More details when you contact. We will have more maitnence work over the launch and development of this project over the next few years, providing intermitted work for the winning bidder.
We expect someone professional with vision, and the ability to co-produce this project. Winning bidder will receive full credit for his/her work, and full payment upon completion of the successful launch of the website.

My grandfather and I are both experienced with computers, and I am competent in graphic design but have no experience in coding, so we need someone who can do it all.
