Build an analytical dashboard (WebApp - R, Python skills)

Hi, The goal of this project will be to build an analytical dashboard and will be a webapp based interface for the user. I am looking for someone that has an engineering or mathematics degree, is very comfortable with R or Matlab, and python. In addition, if the developer has previous work experience with plotly or another analytical dashboard library, that will be highly favored. Goal will be to use [login to view URL] libraries, or any others that you can recommend The three components of the webapp will be: 1) User log in 2) Ability for user to input some data 3) Graphs that will be generated using data from a database. The database is already developed. There will be ~30 graphs, and some of the graphs will require calculations to be done (i.e. linear regressions, histographs etc). Overall flow will enable user to log into the WebApp. Once logged in, the User's ID will be captured via the log in and graphs will be displayed that present the users information and statistics. In addition, some of the graphs will also aggregate non-user data and compare it to the user's data. Thanks,
