Create a WEB Platform with JAVA

I want someone to program for me a JAVA software for the WEB. The software must have: - Object oriented (Files with templates, files with controls (logics), files entities (objects that connect to the data base)) - All pages must be bootstrap 4.x to work on a celphone - It must be documented The software has the following functionalities: 1. Access page (user, password, anti-bot) 2. Home page with the list of clients and his data 3. A client page, to enter all data from client (Name, address, phone, upload files pictures, cetificates, etc) 4. An evaluation page with a set of 30 fields that must be completed. Also, this page has logic inside (with javascript), that depending on the information of the fields, send a evaluation of the client. 5. A second type of evaluation page of the cliente, with a set of 30 fields that must be completed. Also, this page has logic inside (with javascript), that depending on the information of the fields, send a evaluation of the client. 6. A third type of evaluation page of the cliente, with a set of 30 fields that must be completed. Also, this page has logic inside (with javascript), that depending on the information of the fields, send a evaluation of the client. 7. A forth type of evaluation page of the cliente, with a set of 30 fields that must be completed. A dashboard with 4 different charts (Pie, gauge, etc) and 2 tables that can be exported to Excel. 9. Administrator page to manage users (Only for administrators type of user) 10. Administrator page to manage 5 parameters (Only for administrators type of user) Notes: 1. For this job, I'll provide the server with an AWS instance to work. 2.
