Creation of an Android and iOS game (can be a Hybrid app if necessary)

Hello, I would like the creation of a simple 2D mobile puzzle game. I would like it to be available on iOS (Apple store) and Android (Google Play Store). A hybrid app built with Javascript & HTML may be the most efficient way to achieve this. It's a simple tile-sliding game, similar in functionality to this: [login to view URL] The player can choose three difficulty levels to play: 3x3, 4x4 or 5x5 tile puzzles. Players have a coin balance, 1 move/tile slide costs 1 coin. The puzzle is timed, and a score is given to the player when they complete the puzzle. The score is calculated using the number of moves, the time taken to complete the puzzle, and the difficulty level of the puzzle. I have the wireframe template/layout designed, and I have all the images ready to use (menu, background, buttons, puzzle images etc.). However I think the images could be touched up to create a more polished looking game. The style of the images is a cartoon pirate theme. I have created some background music for the app. I would also like some animation/sprites added at random times when a user moves a tile. I would like the puzzle to "lock" whenever the player's coin balance is 0. This lock will unlock and the player will be given 100 coins after 2 minutes of lock time. I would like the player to be able to mute the music, and sounds (button clicks, tile slide noises). I would like the game to do the following: -Allow the user to register with email and log in/have password reset functionality. or Have the user auto-logged in on download, and prompt them to create a username which would be stored locally on the device and stored on my database. - Have a Global leaderboard. So every player's scores are sent to a database, which the Global leaderboard pulls every player's ranking from. - Have an in-app store to allow players to buy more coins (100, 500, 1000, 10,000 coins).
