Google Sheet modification using google script

We need to do certain tasks in Google sheet using App script or by any other method. The below are the points to be completed:- New Project Sheet Start Date should be automatically filled as per the current date Serial Number should be automatically filled Email Should be sent with the tasks that are past deadline Email Should be sent when status is changed in the Dev Status Email Should be sent when status is changed in the QA Status Once confirmed by QA, the contents of the row cannot be modified.
