Hello there, I am a Java/JavaScript/Go developer, and for Go my iexperience is with gRPC, protobuf, sqlx, testify and DATA-DOG go (testing libraries), dep (dependency management), vet (go vet ...) and fmt (go fmt ...). The IDE I use is JetBrains GoLand. I also have just finished a stint as a Java/Go Web e-commerce ERP/CRM developer for an Austrian company (please see my work history) where we also used gRPC and protobuf in calling Go microservices from Java. I don't have experience with Vue.js but I can handle it. I also have played with Electron a little bit. I can show you my Go code in my desktop, but in my GitHub it's mostly Angular and React.
