MERN / MEAN STACK Video editing WebAPP

I am looking for a webapp to be built where it satisfies the following rules Step1: A list of videos on s3 server are listed using filters and upon selecting the video the video is pull into video editing webapp Step 2: This video editing webapp will allow editors to mark the interesting bits in video by giving "from frame" and "to frame" Step 3: Once the marking work is done, video will go to phase two on same interface, where an editor will make a frame / grilines and adjust keyframes as to enable the subject is always is in the frame. Step 4: Once the framing is done, user will push the files in the desired formats like GIFF, MP4 with resolution of choice. in this step all the metadata of the video is also stored including title, description, video URL, hash tags, profile information etc. Step 5: QC checks the videos with original video and created video, where created video frames match and compare with original video.
