New features required for HTML website containing modules/pages

New features required for an HTML website containing the following modules/pages (single page app, but links to new pages as well) Overal requirements description: - Integrate Multi-lenguage english and spanish languages to the entire website. Translation work should be provided by you. - Send emails from different popups/windows, including validations and follow specific requirements. Be aware that the site is hosted in godaddy, so it may require specific coding and research to make it work. - Parallax improvements (including mobile devices and different iphone versions >+ iphone 10) - Banners improvement: sizing adjustments, transition effects, etc on windows and mobile devices. - New requirements based on javascript: improvements to existing sections in the code involving HTML changes, JS changes, CSS changes, validations changes, etc. - Several changes to some of the existing pages, some of them involves HTML changes, JS changes, CSS changes, validations changes, image design, etc. - Few images require redesign. Consider the following: - NO WORDPRESS work, ONLY HTML based. - Once again.... NO WORDPRESS work, just approved tools will be allowed (at the begining of the project, you will need to specify what are going to be the tools/plugins/techs that you will be using if there is something that we don't have implemented yet). - design is very important for the website, please consider that there are high expectations for the results. - content should be exclusive to Devstudio. - Consider that we may require interactive content like toggle panels, parallax, scrolling effects, etc. - logo is provided by us. - requirements are provided by us. - The website is already created, so you will work based on existing code. - javascript features like validations and dynamic imaging are required to make the site more interactive. - most of the pages require size changes to the font, img, texts, headers, banners, etc as per screen responsiveness. Content should be accurate as per the screen size. - website should be full responsive and it should work in mobile devices including ipad, ipad pro, and other tablets, iphone 10 and iphone newer versions. - timeframes deliveries are provided by you. - there should be N revisions for changes/adjustments till the work satisfies the expectations. - additional features will be included to the website once deployed, so coding based on standards and best practices is mandatory. - Code review will be required. - Keep in mind that if the code does not meet our expectations, your code will be rejected even though it does what it was specified. We must approve your code before we consider this feature as completed. - You will release your code changes daily basis to our repository and once you complete a feature you should deploy to our dev environment so we can review it and test it out integrated with the main website. - there should be N revisions for changes/adjustments code fixes until the work satisfies the expectations. - development environment details and access will be provided by us. - Payment will be released until all the requirements have been completed and expectations are met. - Once completed the first wave of features, we will require to work on more features, so if you want to continue working with us, we will define new requirements for you and you will provide your time-cost estimates to initiate a new cycle-project.
