React Native image cropper with circular mask -- 2

Build a React Native functional component to crop an image. It should work similarly to the circular profile picture selection tool in the Twitter iOS mobile app. See attached image for example This component should allow the user to pan the image and zoom in/out. The input image will be a remote url. It should overlay this image with a circular mask showing the anticipated crop. It should expose a save method. On save, it should either save the file to a temporary location on the users' device and provide a uri to the location, or provide a blob for uploading. Uploading is not part of this project and it will not save to the device camera roll. The component should be build using native iOS views. See the TOCropViewController project here: [login to view URL] I would prefer to use this component for the crop and simply expose it to React Native in a way that I can easily integrate into an existing project. Expected input: url: a url for a remote image to be cropped. The component will not use a local file. Expected output: save(): Expose an async save method to capture the image. This method should take a configuration object to set JPG compression and output type (file uri or base64). It should return an object containing the uri to the file on disk or the base64 object depending on config. It should also return the cropped image dimensions. Note that the final cropped file should be a square. I do not need it masked into a circle with transparency. The circle mask is purely for display.
