Rebuild 1 Bootstrap HTML Page -- 2

We are building a software tool which generates HTML. Our tool allows users to define their page and then it generates an HTML using pre-defined HTML snippet templates for the different widgets (i.e. tables, components, checkboxes, etc). Your job is build us exact replicas of the following 2 HTML pages that we own and built in another tool (note: this is NOT cloning other peoples work, it is all our work). A. [login to view URL] B. [login to view URL] We will use your replica pages to extract the templates for our tool. Your replicas must abide by the below requirements. REQUIREMENTS 1. You must be rebuild (A) and (B) as two separate HTML files called "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]". 1A. Please note that "A" and "B" are almost identical and only different is one is wide and the other thin. 1B. Please ensure the differences between your files are only a single class in the body tag which control the width of the document. 1C. Ensure you examine A and B closely and replicate all widgets, captions and structure as best as possible. 4. All pages must be built in lateset HTML5 use the following frameworks 4A. Latest Boostrap for responsiveness ([login to view URL]). 4B. Code highlighting is to use PrismJS library ([login to view URL]). 4C. LaTeX math is to be displaying using MathJax ([login to view URL]) 4D. You can use latest jQuery and [login to view URL] if needed. 5. All HTML, Javascript and CSS code must be well-formatted, well-structured and clean. We cannot accept messy code. 6. All HTML needs to be 100% "standard bootstrap" without your customized styling. We understand your replicas will not look 100% identical, but your job is to BEST MATCH the samples using the standard styling provided by Bootstrap. 7. All Javascript and CSS files from Bootstrap, PrismJS and jQuery must be CDN hosted by the standard CDN on their website (do not use your own). 8. All dependent libraries (Bootstrap, PrismJS and jQuery) must be latest version. 9. All image or file content in (A) and (B) must be served as local resources next to your replica pages. 10. Your replica pages must work as loadable HTML without requiring a server to view. 11. Deadline is June 6 and is not negotiable. Failure to deliver by this date means you accept 100% refund. 12. Only take this job if you 100% understand the requirements and can proceed without questions. We are very busy and cannot do "questions / answers". If you really need to ask, you can try, but no guarantee of response. Finally, I realize the above requirements can seem harshly written but I am very reasonable and respectful person. We just have had too many bad experiences and we only want to work with competent people who understand what we are doing.
