Simply... A script placed in the header of a web page, reads a database at an external URL, acts on the criteria, and display a transparent video hosted at a particular URL. This is a simple example of what I want to accomplish with an invisible background video displayed over a web page. The video stays in the same spot and continues to play even if the web page is scrolled up or down. View the web page on a smart phone or tablet and notice how the video is displayed. The video must be completely responsive to smart phones and tablets. 2. You will need to incorporate a special video player that plays videos on a web page with an invisible background. The code for this video player can be hosted on one of my domains. I require the complete source code for the video player. It may be a public domain video player. 3.
