I would like to be able to query my mysql database from a form on the site and return the results in a dynamic html table that puts the column name and rows based off the query results. I can already query from a form and get the results, but I am needing help with the dynamic table.

Hi, As I understood you want to run an AJAX call to server from javascript and put results in the table with returned result from database. For that we should create a template for each row of result in front-end and then put all the variables from backend for each row. Also looks like you're using NodeJS Express as a framework.
