Accompany a contract on sale of metallurgical raw materials

We need a professional contractor to accompany contract work on the purchase and sale of metallurgical raw materials. We need you to: 1. Check contracts for the protection of our interests with the buyer, supplier and with transport companies. 2. Verify the accuracy of the letter of credit from the buyer to us (if the transaction stipulates a letter of credit) 3. To issue a letter of credit to the supplier 4. Conduct a full documentary and legal support of the transaction from the beginning and before the closure of the letter of credit (receiving money by the seller) NOTE! Foreign economic activity experience (preferably with maritime transport) is a mandatory requirement.
