Hi I'm looking for lawyer/solicitor who can help with my current situation 6 month ago I had a County court judgement for a parking fine entered against my name I was not aware of the CCJ or any proceeding until I viewed my credit file. To date I have a court hearing soon to have the CCJ put aside I have already sent my statement to the court and given evidence to the fact I was not living at my previous address where the CCJ was issued. What I need help with is with is drafting claiming my costs as this has effected my credit file and my life opportunities, if you feel you can be of assistance please get in touch and I can give you further details.
