Automation of test application using Docker, Kubernetes and Linux

Hello. I want to talk to someone who has very good English and who can allow me to discuss what I am wanting to do. It is IT related, involves setting up VLANS on a stacked Cisco 3750G, configure a Cisco 2900 series router, then setup an environment using VMWare 7 using 6 NICS per server, 3X32GB Hosts Clustered, 1 x Synology DS218+ NAS - iSCSI server, 1x Dlink DNS320L NAS-NFS Share), 1 x i9 Gen 10 64GB Ram w/1TB nvme RAID, Docker, Kubernete's, Linux (Centos8 or Ubuntu 20.04) as well as Windows Domain. I am wanting to get everything built out including advice and installation of some kind of test application that I can use VM's and Docker on that can then be migrated to the Cloud. I need to talk to someone familiar with Automation so I can create a test environment involving test application that can self heal and be a hybrid solution using AWS as my Cloud provider. This lab needs to be something that I will be able to tear down and redeploy very quickly. Looking for backup solutions for my lab that are open source. I have all the VMWare Licences and will use trial version for now of Windows until we can figure out how many I need to purchase.
