Bash script to control ONVIF, PTZ camera

I need a Linux script to control two kinds of PTZ cameras both of which are streaming using mjpg-streamer.

Streaming is working but I need to get PTZ going for each of these cameras.

One is a QuickCam Orbit AF with pan tilt and the other is an ONVIF based camera.

Video must include audio.

Once the job is complete, you must provide a list of all packages required and zip up the final build code so that I can make changes if needed.

Show me what you can do and this could lead to a lot more work.
