you can get a cheap vm from a cloud provider, that vm will have a static ip. you can use it as a bridge / jumphost to your client's vpn.

hi we can configure vpn at the customer end allowing connections from Dynamic VPN. if your customer doesn't agree with it, you will need to obtain permanent vpn, maybe in cloud, and with that vpn permanent IP go to your customer VPN hub. please contact me and we can discuss options
