I will be happy to help you in your project, I think it will take around 3-4 days of work, depending on what you want because an OTRS implementation takes at least between 5-10 days (Conceptual Design, OTRS Admin Training a,d installation and configuration). Even if we work fast it will take no less than 4 days, and your budget is not clear enough if it is per day, hour but we can check.
