We're a small web hosting company providing shared, reseller and VPS packages to our customers. We outsource our support at the moment but we're looking to switch providers. We're looking for the following: *Technical support responses via WHMCS to our customers (via our portal). This includes: *Support for our cPanel customers *Best endeavours support for our self-managed KVM linux VPS packages, however issues outside of the VM would need to be handled - we use Virtualizor as the management panel. *L1/L2 support for our customers which may include supporting them on website script errors, database errors, and other standard issues that come with Shared hosting environments. *General tasks (such as configuring a piece of software we require, or networking changes/fixes/improvements). We are a small operation at the moment but we need to offer 24/7 support for our customers. We currently get around 40 tickets per month but we are growing daily in terms of our client base. We have 3x dedicated servers currently, 1 dedicated server for our shared cPanel customers and 2 VPS nodes all of which would need to be supported. We're looking for a professional company or team to provide quality support to our clientele. An NDA will need to be signed to discuss specifics of our customer.
