Prolem with launching vmware machine

I have 11 years of solid experience in Network and System Administration,Desktop and Technical Support, particularly with the Microsoft(AD,DNS DHCP,Exchange(2010,2013,2016&Office365),VMWare(ESXi,VCenter).I am basically from India currently available in Riyadh-KSA , I can do this job for you . Hi, The error message is very clear. It cannot find the vmdk file (the hard disk of Virtual machine) from its datastore. Had you got a chance to see the datastore has this file? From your screenshot it looks like you are using free version on VMWare, if not can you sent the screenshot from your vCenter. Thank You

Hello. Lots of sysadmin experience here. The error indicates that the virtual disk file seems to be missing. It could be just a corrupted .vmx on the other hand. Have you tried checking the datastore manually? If you would like me to assist you with this, please let me know. Thank you.
