Looking for experienced system administrator for install 4G LTE modem pool for proxy on Debian OS with Huawei E3131 USB dongles (5 pcs exactly same USB 4G modems).

The ready made installation must be work as:

- 5 modems in same time

- 5 sub-nets

- 3proxy

- must be possible quickly (re-connect) request new IP address any of modems separated from others

- etc....
