SSH FORWARD REMOTE PORT.

Hi guys, I have no experience with tcp and I need to make some simple task... I want to make just a simple HTTPS Proxy... and I need help to forward port to a remote cliente between a tunnel..... I need a help just to setting up the tunnel. PLEASE SEE IMAGE TO UNDERSTAND!!!!!!! I want do it with a UBUNTU VPS..... but if you need a windows server I can buy.... I NEED THIS WITH URGENCYY!!!
