I want the template in Cloud Formation to enable me to
* VPN IKEv2 server must contain password and self-sighted certificate.
*The template must work in any region on AWS.
* load balancer to distribute the load between these servers.
*auto-scaling so when the server becomes on heavy loads it start new server until 8 servers for example
So the load balancer, in the beginning, should have only one server under [login to view URL] with the autoscale, the number of the server will increase to a certain [login to view URL] then when the load becomes light the extra servers close.
* server have ip4 and ip6
* the templet must be in JSON.
* Example for the templet in the attachment.
