Customized sixbit template for eBay and store deisgn with banner

We require a new custom eBay template to be used with Sixbit listing tool. Template must have device recognition. We MUST have someone with eBay and Sixbit experience.
If possible we would also like a matching store design depending on extra cost.
We require a new banner logo with the GT Auto Spares logo provided. The car make logos should be smaller and lined along next to the logo. We require the logo to be 3d with a dark grey background. The rest of the template should match.
Here is an example of our existing template but we are changing to all black and dark grey colours and new business name:
