Unique and modern logo design for cannabis company

I need a logo design for a cannabis company. I am looking for professional person who can help me with this project seriously. If our cooperation will work good then this person will be asked in first place about our future projects such as website, webshop, packing projects and others what we have in plans.
Company name: Congolese Cannabis
Colours: GOLD with black background, this is accent of cannabis gold rush which is spreading around the world and which was similar to gold rush from the past.
I try to make a short and clear view of this how I see this logo design. Of course all proposals are welcome:
I would like to make one "C" letter for both words from the company name. Letter "C" should be outside, by the contours as normal letter visable, but inside seems as a globe with continents. Main continent which is it all about is Africa of course. I would like to mark DR Congo territory on it. Therefore we have two options to do it. We can fill all continent fully and only territory of DR Congo leave empty, with background colour or another way around. It means that all continents which are possible to show visable will be mark by contours and on African continent we will mark territory of DR Congo by making it full, not only contours.
Number of visable continents is only a matter of how much of the glob can be readable and easily visable. Too much will make glob unreadable and not possible to put this sign on any products. So we focus on African continent and the rest of the world is just side adding, not obligatory.
On the out side of the glob or letter "C" I would like to make cannabis flower to show our relation with cannabis. It must end at the same height at which end glob/"C", it can't be higher. It should start in the middle of the glob/"C" or a little below. Flower will be cutted in half as it is showed in attachment at picture of other company logo. I would like to have two versions, one with flower similar to this gold one from necklace (attachment) and one with cannabis flower similar to those just with cannabis flower shapes in logo design other companies, also please check attachments. I add two attachment with cannabis flower as shape, not naturally looking ones.
There is also idea of a little expansion. To make a dropping drop from the glob down, because our company will be making cannabis extracts. And this extract will be showed as a drop. Drop can have cannabis flower inside, then we erase the cannabis flower on outside of the glob. But I would rather see two version of this logo, with flower next to the globe with normal drop and without flower next to the glob, but with cannabis flower in a drop similar as its showed in attachment.
Logo form must let us easily to use it without "ongolese anabis". So it will be visable even without the full name. It's necessary to have possibility of making logo on somekind of products where we don't have enough space. Please keep that in mind.
