1. Forecast real estate rental prices in Paris using 6500 data points. Data will be given. 2. Use the best forecast model (preferably machine learning model) like Gradient Boosting Regression 3. You can use any language to code the model. 4. The model will be based on the data stored in a mysql database. And this forecast code will be used on a website for users to use. So the code should use real time data to model and predict prices. 5. Please find attached data below.
