I have experience with computer vision neural networks (CNNs), and also cutting-edge attention-based models. I have my own high-performance GPU server to use for training. I can utilise some of the most advanced image classification algorithms to date, fine-tuned for the task at hand. I am confident I can achieve 90%+ test accuracy even with one-shot learning, depending on size of dataset, quality of images etc. Even without many images for each fingerprint, I can make the network robust to different angles, dust and errors during measurement using multiple Data Augmentation techniques. I can deliver the network with a Python script, but also I can compile it to an executable if needed, or even provide it as a library that can be invoked from other projects. Hii...The purpose of one-shot learning is to use the trained infomation e.g. a model trained on some data, and then using just a single instance (one-shot) of another class (a person in this case) learn to identity the person's data (here a fingerprint). As with the top flagships from Samsung and others, you feed the sensor with at least 10 images, and then the identification happens. This is image based, single-entity binary classification.
