Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and can create your imaging application for Mac and Windows - using Electron (Node.js e.g. javascript framework) with setup for both platforms. If C is a requirement then thank you for reading this. If it's not, please provide more details like: 1. Is the application just for you or will be distributed? 2. If it's just for you can you install free (open source) ImageMagick software? That would greatly increase application development with calling excellent imaging functions in ImageMagick. 3. Any other details like should the application start full screen or in a window, any configuration required (what options? Also in the main application window e.g. JPEG compression level etc).
