Create MAC screensaver from video (.saver file)

I will provide a video file in the required format and need someone to create a .saver screen saver executable for MAC OSX.

There are plugins that can do this but the cost is too high . I only need to create this for one computer and the budget does not allow for purchase of software. Anyone who has 'iScreensaver Designer' software or the 'Screen Saver Exporter' plugin for Adobe Media Encoder can do this very easily.

Please let me know your quote to provide me an executable .saver file from my video.
