Need a programmer to convert srt files to Essential Graphics XML Adobe Premiere

I have .srt files, that are used for captioning videos. It's a sidecar file that goes along with a video, so people can turn captions on and off on platforms like Facebook and YouTube. Basically it's just a list of timecodes and the caption text. However, we like to burn the captions into our videos in our video editing software. I want a program that converts an .srt file into an XML file that Adobe Premiere Pro can read and understand as a sequence with Essential Graphics formatted text objects. That way I can edit them inside of that program like normal text, and they'll be burned into the video as graphics when I export. A program exists that does this: [login to view URL] but the programmer isn't updating it for the new Mac OS, so I'm afraid I'm going to lose its functionality. I think whoever does this will probably need a copy of Adobe Premiere Pro to test the results on. Also, I need it to work on Mac. I'm attaching an image of what the two types of captions look like, and an example of the input and output of the program: an srt file, and converted into an XML file for Adobe Premiere Pro.
