Security Path for Magento

I have a Magento store version 1.9.3.2 and I just need the security patches and updagtes installed. I can tell you which ones they are from the MAgento Scan I have login and cpanel. but It is hosted on Siteground, and it is really hard for me to makew FTP accounts.
