site re-work/upgrade from AspDotnetStorefront to Magento.

The site was developed on AspDotnetstorefront shopping cart and I want to move it to magento. I will also design and provide new Look and feel layouts for a new Home Page, Category Page, and Product Detail Page asap. so we create the skin on the new Magento . Does the Magento Comes with Affiliation hookups? If not, We need to add an affiliation extenstion.
